📦 Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Item
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos or a short video. After verification, we'll gladly provide a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
📬 Return Requests
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and include all original packaging and accessories. Please contact us before sending anything back, as return addresses vary depending on the fulfillment warehouse.
🚚 Return Shipping
For returns due to a change of mind, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the product is defective or we shipped the wrong item, we'll cover all replacement or refund costs.
💰 Refund Processing
Once your return or claim has been approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take additional time for the funds to appear.
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for products that have been used, intentionally damaged, missing accessories or packaging, personalized items, gift cards, or final sale products.
❌ Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours after purchase. Once an order enters processing or has been shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.
